We ship authentic Mongolian intangible cultural heritage products worldwide from our facility in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China.
- Processing time: 3 business days for in-stock items; 5-7 business days for custom or bulk B2B orders.
- Transit time: 7-18 business days to the United States and most international destinations via air freight.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all B2B wholesale orders over USD 500. Orders below USD 500 are quoted individually based on destination and weight.
- Tracking: Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Customs: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide all necessary commercial invoices and certificates of origin.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every handmade piece crafted by our certified master artisans.
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return cost: Free return shipping on all eligible returns. We provide a prepaid return label.
- Eligible items: Unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Items must show no signs of wear or alteration.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders; items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Refund processing: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Damaged or defective items: If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid return label if eligible.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop off at the designated carrier location. Refund processed upon receipt and inspection.
